Hopefully they resolve the problem soon!įinal Update: After a few weeks of debugging and testing other things with their support they decided to send me another unit to test. Update 1: After trying many options support had me send them logs and a video. I'm looking to the community for any suggestions before returning the product and looking for a second Hue+. I've tried all forms of internal USB configuration and reinstalling both live and beta cam software. After talking with support I am now on my 3rd replacement device and its always the same issue. I upgraded from a Hue+ and Grid V2 which have worked and still work with the same set up. Now the Fan controller side works just fine I can see the three channels and update the profiles properly. I have 6 Gen 1 AER RGB fans and 4 LED light strips plugged into it and they all light up white, which is the default after power loss, and they are NOT appearing inside the CAM live or beta versions.
I was hoping someone here has a solution for this issue I've been having with the new "RGB & Fan Controller V2".
